Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain how NoGrind works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you when you use nogrind.gg or buy a service from us. We have tried to keep them clear and readable.
Last updated: 22 October 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using nogrind.gg, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy (which also explains how we use cookies) and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
As our checkout states, by proceeding with your purchase you agree to these Terms. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
2. Definitions
- “NoGrind”, “we”, “us”, “our” — the operator of nogrind.gg and the NoGrind services.
- “Customer”, “you”, “your” — the person using the website or buying a service, whether with an account or as a guest.
- “Service” — a gaming service listed on nogrind.gg, such as a boost, camo, unlock, lobby or other gameplay service, including the options you choose for it.
- “Order” — a purchase made through our checkout. One order can contain several services; each service is handled as its own piece of work.
- “Service Provider” / “Staff” — the people who carry out or support services on NoGrind’s behalf.
- “Account Credentials” — login details or other access information for a game or platform account that a service may need.
- “Self-play” / “lobby” services — services where you play on your own account, for example in a lobby we arrange, instead of someone else playing on your account.
- “Order chat” — the dedicated chat for a service where you talk to our team about that service.
- “Vault” — the secure, encrypted area on your NoGrind order page where we collect sensitive details such as Account Credentials.
3. Our services
NoGrind provides gaming services for the games and categories shown on our website. Depending on the game, these may include progression and levelling, camo and unlock services, boosts, lobby services and other gameplay-related services. The current list is always the one on the website.
Each service page describes what the service includes and the options available. How a service is delivered depends on the service: some are performed on your account, some are self-play services where you play yourself, and some only need details such as your in-game name. Not every delivery method applies to every service — please read the service page before ordering.
NoGrind is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher, developer or platform.
4. Eligibility
To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use a game or platform account, you must be entitled to use it and to authorise the service you order for it.
5. Your account and information
You can order as a guest or with a NoGrind account. Either way, you agree to:
- give accurate, complete information, including a working email address;
- enter the correct Username at checkout — we use it to identify your order with our team;
- choose the correct service, platform and options for your order;
- keep your NoGrind account, your email and any private order links secure; and
- tell us promptly through Support if you notice unauthorised access or anything wrong with an order.
You are responsible for activity on your NoGrind account and for orders placed with your details, unless the activity resulted from our own failure to keep the website secure.
6. Account access and the secure Vault
Some services can only be completed with access to your game or platform account. When that is the case, we ask for the details on your NoGrind order page through our secure Vault. Details entered there are encrypted, shown only to authorised team members who need them for your order, and access to them is logged. How long they are kept is described in our Privacy Policy.
Please never send passwords or other Account Credentials in an order chat, support ticket or email. If a service needs them, always use the Vault on your order page.
We recommend that you enable any available account-security and recovery options before an account-access service, keep access to your linked email, and change your password once the service is complete. If a service needs a security code or approval from you while it is in progress, a delay in providing it may delay delivery.
7. Game publishers and platform rules
Games and platforms — including those operated by Activision, Microsoft (Xbox), Sony (PlayStation), Valve (Steam) and others — have their own terms of service. Some of those terms restrict boosting, account sharing, lobby services or similar activities, and publishers can change their rules and enforcement at any time.
We take care in how we carry out services, but we cannot guarantee that a publisher or platform will not take action against an account, such as a warning, reset, restriction or suspension. By ordering, you confirm that you understand this risk and that you decide whether a service is right for your account. NoGrind is not responsible for decisions made by publishers or platforms, except where the action was caused by our own breach of these Terms or our negligence. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Orders and delivery
Confirmation. An order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Processing. After payment, each service in your order is handled individually. Depending on the service, you can follow it from your NoGrind order page and/or through its dedicated order chat. Services in the same order may start and finish at different times.
Information we need. Some services need details from you before work can start, such as account access through the Vault, your platform or your in-game name. Work may not begin until we have what we need.
Timing. Any completion times shown on the website or given by our team are estimates, unless a specific product clearly states a guaranteed time. Timing can depend on demand and queues, the game itself, server conditions, game updates and how quickly you respond.
Delays caused by missing or incorrect details. If information you gave us is missing, wrong or stops working (for example a changed password or an unavailable account), we will let you know and pause the service until it is corrected. Time lost this way is not a delay on our part.
Completion. When a service is finished we mark it as complete and let you know. If something does not look right, please tell us through the order chat or Support as soon as possible.
9. Pricing and payment
- The price shown at checkout, including the options you selected, is the price you pay for that order.
- Optional extras, such as Express Delivery, increase the total by the amount shown before you pay.
- Prices are shown in US dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is also subject to the provider’s own terms.
- NoGrind does not store your full card details; they are handled by the payment provider.
- We may change prices and promotions at any time. Changes do not affect orders that have already been paid.
- If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of an obvious error, we may cancel the affected order and refund what you paid.
10. Express Delivery
For some services we offer Express Delivery, an optional paid upgrade you can add on the service page. When offered:
- the Express Delivery price is set per service and shown before you add it;
- it gives your order priority handling by our team;
- it does not guarantee a specific completion time unless the service page clearly says so; and
- availability can vary between services and over time.
Express Delivery is charged only when you select it. The price is always the one configured for that service — never an amount entered in your browser.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a problem with a payment or an order, please contact NoGrind Support first. Most issues can be fixed quickly once we know about them, and this gives us the chance to investigate and put things right.
You keep every right you have under the law and under your payment provider’s rules, including the right to dispute a payment. If a payment is disputed, we may share relevant information with the payment provider so the dispute can be assessed fairly — for example the Terms accepted at checkout, order details, delivery and completion records, and our communications with you.
While a dispute is open we may pause work on the related order. Where a dispute is found to be made in bad faith or to be fraudulent, we may refuse future orders from the account or person concerned.
12. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which is the detailed and authoritative source for when and how refunds apply. Please read it before ordering. Nothing in these Terms affects refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.
13. Customer conduct
We want every order to go smoothly. When using NoGrind, please:
- communicate respectfully with our team;
- give accurate information and keep it up to date while a service is in progress;
- cooperate where a service needs your input, such as approving a login or joining a lobby;
- use only payment methods you are authorised to use; and
- not ask us to do anything unlawful.
Abuse, threats or harassment of our team are not tolerated and may lead us to stop a service and close an account, subject to our Refund Policy.
14. Our team and service providers
Services are carried out by NoGrind’s team and by Service Providers working on our behalf. Whoever works on your order does so under NoGrind’s instructions and these Terms, and must keep your information confidential and use it only for your order. NoGrind remains your point of contact and is responsible to you for your order. Please keep all communication about your order within NoGrind’s order chat and support channels.
15. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- use the website or services for fraud or any illegal purpose;
- place orders with stolen or unauthorised payment details or accounts;
- give intentionally false order information;
- attempt to hack, overload, scrape, probe or otherwise disrupt nogrind.gg or its systems;
- misuse our forms, chats or support channels, for example by spamming;
- harass, threaten or abuse our team or other customers; or
- resell or reproduce our services or website content commercially without our written permission.
16. Intellectual property
The NoGrind name, logo, website design, text and software belong to NoGrind or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Game titles, logos, artwork, characters, camos, items and other game content are the property of their respective owners. They appear on our website only to identify the games our services relate to. NoGrind is not affiliated with or endorsed by those owners.
Our services consist of the time, skill and gameplay effort we put into helping you reach in-game results. NoGrind does not sell, own or transfer ownership of any publisher’s virtual items or other intellectual property.
17. Service availability and maintenance
We may change what we offer at any time. For example, we may add or remove services, pause individual products, change options, or place a game Under Maintenance. While a game is under maintenance it may remain visible on the website, but new purchases of its services are paused.
These changes affect new purchases only. Orders that have already been paid continue to be handled. If we cannot complete a paid service because of a change like this, we will contact you and handle it under our Refund Policy.
18. Website availability
We work to keep nogrind.gg available and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. The website or parts of it may occasionally be unavailable — for example during maintenance or updates, hosting or network problems, outages at third-party providers we rely on, security events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
19. Order chat
For many services, communication happens in a dedicated order chat for that service. When that applies, we send you a unique link to it by email, and you can also open it from your NoGrind order page. An order with several services can have a separate chat for each one.
Your order-chat link is private and gives access to the conversation about your service. Keep it to yourself and do not share it. Order chats are for communication about your order — never post passwords or Account Credentials there; use the Vault on your order page instead.
20. Support tickets
You can contact us at any time using the Support form on our homepage. If you have an account, you can also open and follow support requests from your account’s Support area. Each request becomes a support ticket with its own reference so our team can follow up.
For questions about a specific service that is in progress, the order chat for that service is usually the quickest route, because the team handling it can see the full context. Including your order number in a support request also helps us find your order.
21. Communications
When you place an order or contact us, we send you messages needed to provide the service, such as order confirmations, order-chat links, updates about your service, replies to your support requests and completion notices. These service messages are part of providing what you ordered.
Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for marketing. We will only send marketing messages if you separately agree to receive them.
22. Disclaimers
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the website and services are provided without additional promises — for example, we do not promise particular in-game outcomes beyond what a service page describes, that the website will always be error-free, or that a game will keep working in the same way after publisher updates.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any warranty or right that applicable consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded.
23. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
- our total liability to you for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service; and
- we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for indirect losses such as loss of profit or opportunity.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded — for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer-protection law.
24. Responsibility for misuse
If you break these Terms — for example by giving false information, using an account or payment method you are not entitled to use, or misusing our website — you are responsible for the reasonable costs and losses this causes NoGrind, to the extent the law allows. This does not apply to anything caused by our own fault.
25. Governing law and disputes
If you have a complaint, please contact NoGrind Support first — we will try to resolve it fairly and quickly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which NoGrind is established, and disputes may be brought before its competent courts. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts where the law allows you to.
26. Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the details of your order, form the whole agreement between you and NoGrind about your use of the website and services. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when our services or the law change. When we do, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order; changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
28. Contact
Questions about these Terms or your order? Send us a message through the Support form on our homepage, or from your account’s Support area. For a service in progress, you can also use its order chat or My Orders.
